Many of our spices trace their roots to Kerala and the Western Ghats of southern India, including Idukki, a region shaped by tropical rains, fertile mountain soils, and generations of spice-growing knowledge.

We source from the places where each spice grows best, working closely with farmers and growers rather than relying on long, anonymous supply chains.

Harvested and handled in small batches, our spices retain the freshness, flavor, and natural character that make their origins distinctive.
